Our VIN lookup only searches seatbelts that have been re-webbed by Belttech NZ.

Check the tag sewn into the seatbelt—it will show who carried out the repair.

Also, make sure you're entering only the last six digits of the VIN, and that they’ve been entered correctly.

The order form is required as part of our NZTA-approved process and must accompany your seatbelt when you send it in.

If you don’t have access to a printer, just write down the required details from the online form and include it in the parcel.

Don’t forget to send us your tracking number by text or email—it helps us avoid delays caused by unlabelled or “mystery” parcels!

You can send your seatbelt using New Zealand Couriers, Aramex, Post Haste, or NZ Post.

To speed things up, we collect parcels directly from the courier depots.

Addresses for each courier depot are listed on the order form.

Once your parcel is sent, be sure to text or email us your tracking number so we can keep an eye out for it.

Sending us your tracking number helps us track your parcel and prepare for its arrival, so we can process your seatbelt as quickly as possible.

Without it, we might not know a parcel is on the way.
